Rental Price Breakdown of Casa Alta Mira (Colones amount can change slightly based on the daily exchange rates)

Nightly: $85 USD / 40,000 colones

Weekly: $500 USD / 230,000 colones

Monthly: $1,400 USD / 650,000 colones

Rental Policy: Full Rent amount or Deposit must be received before confirmation can be given and the calendar can be “closed”. 

Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in date allows for a full refund of money received. Cancellations made 15 days prior to check-in date allows a 50% refund of money received. A cancellation made less than 15 days prior to check-in date does not allow for any refund of money received.
