Rental Price Breakdown of Casa Ocaso del Sol: (Colones amounts can change slightly due to daily exchange rates)

Nightly = $53 USD / 25,000 colones

Weekly = $265 USD / 125,000 colones

Monthly = $640 USD / 300,000 colones

Rental Policy: Full Rent amount or Deposit must be received before confirmation can be given and the calendar can be “closed”. 

Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in date allows for a full refund of money received. Cancellations made 15 days prior to check-in date allows a 50% refund of money received. A cancellation made less than 15 days prior to check-in date does not allow for any refund of money received.
