There are 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other has 4 Twin bunkbeds, so 6 can sleep comfortably. The house has clean water from a well, solar-powered water heater and electricity, as well as Starlink WiFi, a full kitchen, and a washing machine. One pet is allowed with a $25 pet fee.

Rental Policy: Full Rent amount or Deposit must be received before confirmation can be given and the calendar can be “closed”. 

Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in date allows for a full refund of money received. Cancellations made 15 days prior to check-in date allows a 50% refund of money received. A cancellation made less than 15 days prior to check-in date does not allow for any refund of money received.
