The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just 12 minutes’ drive to black-sand beaches that are perfect for everything from expert surfers to young families. There is a washer and dryer available to use and weekly cleanings and property manager are included.

Rental Policy: Full Rent amount or Deposit must be received before confirmation can be given and the calendar can be “closed”. 

Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in date allows for a full refund of money received. Cancellations made 15 days prior to check-in date allows a 50% refund of money received. A cancellation made less than 15 days prior to check-in date does not allow for any refund of money received.
