This property is located in the hills between Playa Pilon and La Esperanza in southwest Costa Rica. It is large at 21 Hectares or almost 52 acres and its got 19 Hectares loaded with 19 year old mature Teak ready to be harvested. This property has 2 amazing waterfalls (See photos). The property is currently only a 20 minute drive from Playa Pilon which has 3 left hand point breaks that Surfers from all over the world drool over. The property was planted with 14,000 baby Teak trees 19 years ago and has about 8,000 trees left. Besides the 19 hectares of teak, the property also has impressive views of the Golfo Dulce and Pilon beach. Most of the property has gentle hills and many of the spots have ocean views.
