Traveling with a larger group? A larger house with a pool (Casa Dulce) is also available on the same property for $2,800 per month, sleeping up to 7 people comfortably.

Please Note: The pool is exclusive to the main house and is not included with the studio casita rental.

Rental Price Breakdown of Casita Dulce: (Colones amounts can change slightly due to daily exchange rates)

Nightly = $85 USD / 40,000 colones

Weekly = $300 USD / 140,000 colones

Monthly = $840 USD / 396,000 colones

Rental Policy: Full Rent amount or Deposit must be received before confirmation can be given and the calendar can be “closed”. 

Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in date allows for a full refund of money received. Cancellations made 15 days prior to check-in date allows a 50% refund of money received. A cancellation made less than 15 days prior to check-in date does not allow for any refund of money received.
