The house is used as a private home at the moment but could easily be converted into a bed and breakfast. The property directly across the street, Kona Kai, is used as a boutique hotel/hostel already. The house sits back from the main road, which means it will not be dusty during the dry months of January through March (the dry season). Besides the surf, we also have some of Costa Rica’s most exotic creatures that you will see daily, such as Dolphins, Whales, Toucans, Scarlett Macaws, Sloths and many more. Do you like to eat fresh locally caught fish? Here you can catch giant Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi, Wahoo, Snapper, Sail fish and many other big game fish.
