Welcome! We’re Eric and Krystin Chavarria, a husband-and-wife team offering personalized services as real estate agents in Costa Rica, based in Pavones and serving the surrounding areas.

With over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, we bring a unique blend of professionalism, local insight, and hands-on expertise to every transaction.

Eric was born in San José, Costa Rica and raised in Miami Beach, Florida. After earning a degree in Business Administration, he began his real estate career at the age of 26 and has since worked across Florida — from Miami to Orlando, Naples to Tampa — with banks, developers, auctions, and private buyers. In addition to holding an active real estate license, Eric is also a licensed residential contractor in Florida (CRC1331249) with a 5-star rating on both Zillow and Google.

In 2019, we made the life-changing decision to move to Cuervito de Pavones, Costa Rica, with our two children, turning a dream into reality. We built our own home and loved the process. Since then, we’ve built a thriving business focused on helping others buy, sell, rent, or build property in this special part of the world.

Krystin manages our long term rentals, vacation rentals and brings a designer’s eye to every project, helping clients create custom homes that we then build with our construction team. Her creativity, organization, and local knowledge make the entire process smooth and enjoyable for our clients.

Costa Rica’s real estate landscape is unique, especially in the jungles of Pavones. That’s why we’ve built a trusted network of local professionals — including lawyers, topographers, architects, and surveyors — to help guide you through every step.
